Saurabh lives in Kigali, Rwanda, at present. His artwork began in a one-bedroom apartment in Washington DC - inspired by Japanese anime, poster art, and the adventures of 'Tintin'. The paintings convey a quirky sense of humor, lightness and movement.

 

Saurabh's oil paintings have so far found a home in Canada, Germany, India, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Sudan, United Kingdom, and across the United States. 

 

When not sketching for the next painting, Saurabh is an International Development professional with experience in post-conflict countries. His work has taken him to Afghanistan, Sudan and South Sudan, among other places.
